COINiD Releases New Partnership with Myriad Cryptocurrency.
COINiD Group are happy to announce the new partnership with the cryptocurrency Myriad which is now supported in the COINiD app for Android devices. COINiD can therefore now call itself a multi-cryptocurrency wallet.
Myriad was first released in 2014 and is the first Multi-Algo (Multiple Algorithm) coin with five different algorithms run in the same program to avoid dominance of one algorithm over another. The multiple algorithms used to run the network enhances security which makes it difficult to compromise the system and prevents centralization of mining power.
With merge mining allowed on the SHA256d and Scrypt algorithms, Myriad also has the opportunity to take advantage of the high hashrates used by other coins with these algorithms. The coin is generally miner-friendly, which means that there is no need for in-depth technical knowledge to mine the XMY-coins.
Myriad is considered one of the safest currencies for mining, and offers faster transactions than most other cryptocurrencies.
In the matter of security and convenience when dealing with cryptocurrencies, COINiD also offers functions that are compatible with these characteristics. The integrated cold wallet that simply can be installed on a separate offline mobile device and the protection of private keys to an online environment are some of the factors that makes COINiD a highly secure crypto wallet. The transaction batching also saves space on the blockchain and lowers transaction fees for the user.
The COINiD app was launched in November this year, and is currently supporting Bitcoin for iOS and Android devices, and from now on also Myriad for Android.
